Biography

Jessie Hopkins is a UX Writer at Google focused on how to speak to Google’s youngest users and their families. She worked closely with the Senior UX Writer to help define the tone for Family Link, an app that lets parents create a Google Account for kids under 13 and remotely manage aspects of it—like apps, screen time, and more. Formerly, she was Senior Writer and Game Designer at Sesame Workshop where she led writing & design for educational games on web, mobile, and other platforms. At Sesame, she also worked with the Content Innovation Lab on writing & design for emerging technologies, like Kinect Sesame Street TV. She holds a Master’s in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University.
